What a super body requires
The notebook asked the question directly. Here is the honest list - and none of it is for sale.
The question is worth asking plainly: what does a body in genuinely good condition actually need? The answer is short, unglamorous, and almost entirely free.
Food
Vitamins from eggs and fruit. Protein from dal, eggs, dairy and vegetables. Minerals from leafy greens. Calcium from milk products, for bones and for growth. Variety across all of it, so that nothing is quietly missing for years.
Sunlight
Fifteen to twenty minutes of daylight on the skin most days covers vitamin D for most people. Vitamin D deficiency is very common in Indian cities, particularly among people who work indoors and cover up outdoors. It is worth testing rather than guessing, because the fix is easy once you know.

Sleep
Seven hours, and eight is better. This is not a soft requirement. Sleep is when repair happens, when memory consolidates, and when appetite regulation resets. Nothing else on this list compensates for missing it.
Rest, distinct from sleep
Time in the day that is not work. The notebook put this at around four hours away from a working day, which is a reasonable target for a life that is not solely occupational. Rest is not idleness - it is the thing that makes sustained work possible.
Movement
Daily, and it does not need to be athletic. Walking counts. Stairs count. Housework counts. The body is built to move and degrades measurably when it does not.
Water
Eight glasses a day is the usual figure and it is a reasonable target for most adults in an Indian climate - more in summer, more if you are active. Thirst is a late signal, not an early one.
Two things to leave out
Smoking, which has no safe quantity. And alcohol, where less is reliably better than more and none is better than less. These are the two items on the whole list where doing nothing is the entire intervention.
