How HealthyWin Makes Money

HealthyWin takes part in the Amazon Associates programme. Some of the products listed on this site are affiliate links. If you buy something through one, we earn a small commission from Amazon.

It costs you nothing. The price you pay is the same as it would be if you had gone to Amazon directly.

What that does and does not change

It does not change what we say. The articles on this site were written before any product was attached to them, and nothing has been edited to sell better. Where the evidence says a product category does not work - magnetic therapy, height-increase supplements, homeopathic immunisation - we say so, and we do not carry those products even though they sell well.

It does mean you should read us as an interested party. That is exactly why this page exists, and why a disclosure appears next to every product on the site rather than being buried here.

What we will not list

  • Prescription medicines. Advertising these to the public is not permitted in India, and we would not do it in any case.
  • Anything claiming to cure, treat or prevent a disease. The Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act 1954 prohibits it, and it is dishonest.
  • Skin-lightening products, weight-loss pills, and the rest of the categories built on making people feel inadequate.

How products get chosen

We list ordinary, widely available things that follow from what an article actually says - a blood pressure monitor beside the piece on the heart, ragi flour beside the piece on calcium. We do not list a product simply because it pays well, and we would rather leave a page with no products on it than pad it out.

We cannot show live prices here - Amazon's terms do not permit displaying a price that was not fetched from them at that moment - so every button sends you to Amazon to see the current price for yourself.

Not medical advice

A product appearing on this site is not a recommendation to treat anything. Please read the health disclaimer, and talk to a doctor or a pharmacist before starting any supplement, especially if you take prescribed medicine.
